Fellow Miners

Thank you for making Deep Rock Galactic - The Board Game a reality! We can’t wait to get the game into production and into your hands for you to play.

A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment. First, KICKSTARTER needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards -This can take up to two weeks, so please be patient. Second, we’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect important information regarding your pledge.

We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards. In BackerKit, you’ll be charged for shipping and VAT (if that applies for your country of residence)If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under “Lost your survey?” on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

Again, thanks for all your support. We can’t wait to send you your pledge.

Dice as add-ons

Yes - the dice will be sold as add-ons in the pledge manager. Sorry, but we do not know the price yet. If (WHEN) the engraved dice is unlocked, the add-on dice will of course also be engraved.

For backers with pledges including the STL-files - we’ll send out the files digitally some time after the KS and pledge manager has ended. We can’t wait to see you print and paint all the creepy critters and cool dwarves.

They are closing in…Goo from above, Monday Treat Extraction and more…
almost 2 years ago – Tue, Mar 01, 2022 at 04:46:59 AM

Monday Treat /  Bonus Stretch Goal added and unlocked!!!!
Good news, Miners! We have spent the entire weekend exploring new caves on Hoxxes IV, and we have located several deposits of rare Aquarq crystals! This unlock means that the special Point Extraction missions will now also be available in the game, including the special Aquarq crystals and a Mine Head to deposit the Aquarq (it will be printed on the back of one of the Deep Pit cardboard pieces).
The Point Extraction missions will require you to locate, mine and haul the heavy Aquarq crystals back to the Mine Head and also defend this static extraction point against the Glyphid swarms. Nitra and Gold can still be mined, but it must be carried to the Mine Head in order to share it with other Dwarves.

The Goo From Above Expansion explained:
The Goo from Above box will provide two new monster types and the event cards and swarm cards needed to trigger them. It will also include 12 Sticky Goo tokens to place on the board. The Goo Bomber will shoot goo at you, hurting you and surround you with sticky, movement-ending, goo (the tokens). The Goo Bomber has a range of 3. The Glyphid Menace will pop up and shoot at you from a distance, and it will hide itself as soon as it takes damage, making it very hard to shoot at it repeatedly during the same turn (it will appear again after your turn has ended, ready to shoot more acid balls at you).

Time is ticking and the Glyphids are indeed closing in - less than 4 days left!
Help you fellow dwarves and spread the word that there is dire need for more gold to get those Stretch Goals. Post on Reddit, Twitter etc. Use the picture below if you want. And just so everyone knows - everything added in the Pledge Manager after the KS Campaign is closed will be counting toward those sweet last Stretch Goals.

And The Scout painted by Henry Steele from Cult of Paint.

Less than a week left, last Stretch Goals revealed and have a happy weekend!

Last Stretch Goals

We have uploaded/revealed the last stretch goal :). No more minis, no more complex stuff - the box won’t fit any more. Had a great meeting with the factory  today and with our current content in the box, delivery in December still looks realistic.

TTS and the Rulebook

We are very happy for all the feedback we have gotten concerning the game and rulebook. We are working on correcting all the small errors, rules that need to be more clear and implementing all the new stretch goals. The TTS will be updated with new content and updates as soon as we finish it from our side.

May your weekend Rock’n’Stone

Weapon Upgrades

Oh joy, shooting Glyphids just got even more fun. The 5 new Weapon Upgrades got unlocked. Ole is still working on the last details and hopefully we can reveal them soon.

Yes, yes, yes!!! The Tabletop Simulator version of DeepRockGalactic - Kickstarter DEMO is now live on Steam:

Cheers and many blessings to Miss Chevalier for the awesome work - may you find lots of gold in all the caves you mine. As stated this is the Kickstarter Demo. Ole has already made some changes to some cards. There will be some graphic changes etc etc. Feedback is very welcome. And again, we promise we will only do small tweaks, so we can send this game to print.

One Stop Co-op Shop Streamed
